The debut fragrance from country/pop superstar Taylor Swift.

Wonderstruck is named after a lyric in Taylor's song Enchanted off her 3rd studio album, Speak Now.

The lyric reads, " I was wonderstruck blushing all the way home" 

Wonderstruck as defined by Taylor swift herself is that moment when you first meet someone and your overtaken buy so much joy and wonder that you just cant get enough off that person that you remember every single detail about that person. In creating Wonderstruck Taylor was trying to create something different, yet simple at the same time. I personally think she hit the nail on the head. This scent is perfect Taylor to me.

 Taylor knew something simple knowing that a simple scent can take you right back to a moment when remember smelling that smell. 

Wonderstruck I would describe as a daytime perfume to wear during the fall and summer months.

It has pretty good lasting power. You might find yourself being stop and asked what your wearing throughout the day. 

The Bottle

the wonderstruck bottle reminds me of Taylor herself, very simple yet elegant.

The bottle is a deep purple color with a slivery rainbow coat over it. as the light hit the bottle it creates a rainbow on the bottle that makes the bottle unique. when you perchance either the 3.4oz or the 1.7 you might notice the 3 very pretty charms that Taylor hand picked herself to represent things within her home, a bird, a cage, and a star lantern. Sadly the charms don't come on the 1.0oz or the 0.5oz Taylor payed very close attention to every single detail while creating the bottle. The gold cap a embossed pattern that includes the bird and lantern seen in the charms and she even hid something on the cap that most people just over look but i happened to find. It's a 13, most swifties like myself know that 13 is Taylor's lucky number ( because she was born on Dec. 13th) 

 

the Scent

 Wonderstruck opens with notes of  Green tea, Freesia, Raspberry, Dewberry,  and Apple Blossom

The heart comprises of Vanilla,  honeysuckle, and white hibiscus

The base simmers down to notes of musk, sandalwood, peach, and golden amber.

Wonderstruck is a great scent for people of all ages and will work with most people, even men I tend to wear it most days. It stays true to it roots of no matter what time of the year.

To me most of the time you can always smell the hints of sandalwood, vanilla, and apple blossom.
